Returns Policy – BUILD HAIR BRAID

All hair braids are supplied in sealed clear packaging with a void-if-opened security label, allowing you to fully inspect the product before opening.

We do not accept returns on any hair braid products once the packaging seal has been broken.This policy is in place for hygiene reasons and the safety of all our customers.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence (before opening) and we will resolve this for you.
